Yuliya is not really the easiest person to get along with in any sense of the word. She's terrible with all people and the only person she's interested in communicating with at all is her brother.

If you really want to, you can seize the day

This will be hard to accomplish. Not only is she extremely shy, but she also sees no need at all to even try and know anyone else. She has her brother and her animals and that's enough for her. But maybe if someone met her in the right circumstances, she might make her very first friend.

Enemies
If the savage one is me, how can there be so much that you don't know?

She'll probably have a few enemies, she doesn't really talk to people but she does have a temper and she would be the kind of person to attack someone if she thought they were harming her brother or her animals. Yuliya also just doesn't really present the best version of herself to people, so most people don't like her at all.

It'll take a special kind of person to make it this far, and it's probably more trouble than it's worth. You can try, but she's very particular. It doesn't matter as much what the person is like as much as how well they're able to deal with her, and how she reacts to it, so we'll see. Oh, that is, if her brother doesn't kill you first. He's rather adamant that she stay by herself all her life.
