Diamond was usually not stalked by llamas. Indeed, llamas, usually left her alone, but on this particular day, she was being stalked by a llama.
She wasn't exactly the type of person who knew how to deal with sort of thing. Usually, she would have just snapped her fingers and had the damn thing beheaded, but of course, the llama in question was making matters more difficult by turning and giving the toughest guards in the all the kingdom in the sweetest puppy eyes imaginable, causing them to promptly drop their weapons and exclaim "aww..." in unison. Then they'd leave and the thing would go back to following the noble's daughter around everywhere she went.
She raged and stormed at it, threw things at it and tried to hide from it, but the llama just kept following her at a determined, easy walk. It wasn't malicious; it merely wanted something that Diamond couldn't give it: love.
Finally, Diamond mounted the fastest horse she could lay her hands on and set off towards the woods, galloping as fast as she could; digging her heels into her mount's sides in the hopes of getting away from the thing. She chanced a glance over her shoulder as her horse dove into the trees, but it was only to see the llama following her at a jaunty lope. She let out a scream and yanked on here horse's reins and the sensitive, well-bred animal let out a squeal, slammed to a sudden stop and them reared up on his hind legs. Diamond let out a surprise yelp as she lost her balance and tumbled to the ground.
The horse took off at a gallop, this time without his hinder. Diamond scrambled to her feet and looked around. She was in the middle of a woods...as in, a part of the forest that she had no memory of: meaning, she was completely and utterly lost. What was more, the pesky llama had finally disappeared, leaving her alone. Anger coursing through her, she screamed and kicked out violently, her foot connecting painfully with a rock.
She recoiled, howling and hopping around on one leg. Really, what had she done to deserve this?! Nursing her injury, she sat down in a heap and sulked. She would have cried, but Diamond didn't shed tears. Life sucked when llamas followed you around.
She shivered, feeling a sudden cold come over her and then she felt a sneeze coming on, so she covered her mouth with her handkerchief like the proper lady she wasn't and sneezed, the high-pitched sound echoing throughout the trees. She looked around, feeling forlorn, but them something shiny caught her eye. Looking down, she saw glitter sprinkled liberally across her handkerchief, the one that she had used to cover her mouth.

It was a perfectly pleasant and warm day, the type of day that was perfect for searching for herbs for potions. So, Valitrix had set out to get the job done, all the time grumbling to herself about how she shouldn't have had to do such menial tasks.
She quickly made her way to the wood were the best herbs were and set about doing the work before her. As she was picking a particularly nice Moon Lace she thought would be perfect for a wolf spell, a high pitched sneeze broke the silence of the forest. Startled, the fiery haired woman looked up to see who had made the noise. Not seeing anyone, she started in the direction the noise had come from, a determined look on her face.
Finally, she came across a young women sitting in a heap on the ground. Valitrix stared down at her disdainfully for a few minutes before realizing who she was. Then she broke out in a cruel grin. "Well! If it isn't Miss Diamond, you and Dimitri too, hello Dimitri!" She said. "How's life been for you sweetie?" She asked sweetly of her former customer. She had been waiting patiently for the right time to set the girl to work for her, but hadn't felt like trying to get into the castle to contact her, plus she had been busy in Sylphy City. Now seemed like the perfect timing though, now she wouldn't have to pick herbs at all.

Diamond's eyes remained fixed on the ground. She lashed out with her nails at the closest plant, tearing the leaf to shreds as she released a low growl from her throat. Everything was so unfair! What had she ever done to deserve being dumped on her ass in the middle of the woods? Why did llamas have to chase her everywhere? Why did horses have to leave her?
She was in such a state that she didn't notice the other woman until she was upon her. Looking up, she fixed the redhead with a dark glare, until she realized who she was, at which point her glare became even darker.
"What do you want?" She snarled, refusing to acknowledge the question. Really, it was none of the witch's business how she -- or Dimitri were fairing. What did she care, anyway? No one cared: that's why Diamond was sitting on her bum in the middle of the forest anyway.
Suddenly, she felt an inch in the back of her throat and she bent over and coughed a couple of times into her handkerchief. When she had recovered, there was a light scattering of the same glitter-like substance. She decided to ignore it, for now; she had bigger problems to attend to.
((No worries, my posts are generally short anyways.))

Judging by how Diamond was behaving, Valitrix figured she was a might be angry. Though, she didn't know her well enough to tell, maybe that was just how she always was. Anyways, no one was going to talk to her like that and get away with it. It might be awhile, but one day Diamond would regret it.
"Now, is that anyway to talk to the woman who so kindly granted your greatest desire?" She scolded, clucking her tongue. Offering diamond her hand she continued. "Come now sweetie, get up, I've decided to cash in on your promise of service, I need help picking herbs for my potions." Her voice dripped with fake sweetness, so much so that one might have found her nauseating, not that she cared, if someone every puked on her she'd teach them a thorough lesson.
Speaking of which, her new little servant seemed a bit sick, between that dreadful sneeze earlier, and the coughing and hacking. Valitrix began to ponder if she might be contagious, but quickly set the thought aside, deciding she could find a potion cure easily if need be. For now she was focused on getting her herbs picked, well, getting diamond to pick her herbs that is.
[[Oh good, as long as it doesn't bother you at all.]]

"I'll talk to you how I want!" Diamond snapped, still sitting resolutely on the forest floor. "Also, don't get llamas to follow me around! It's annoying. And stupid. In fact, you're stupid!" She was going to continue with her childish insults, but she felt the ominous feeling that indicated that she had phlegm dripping in her throat and she sniffled. Life sucked.
Diamond groaned and failed melodramatically, so she was now lying face-down on the forest floor. Really, what was wrong with this woman? First she sent llamas to stalk her and then she wanted her to do the work of common slaves and help her pick up leaves for her magic stews? Whhhhyyyy?
Wait a minute, she was a witch who lived in a hut. She probably didn't know how to talk to men, (how disgusting, she liked man-packages, ew) didn't bathe and had too many cats. She would ugly and be alone all her life and Diamond would laugh at her after she had fingered all the hot pirate wenches who were miraculously lesbian and then, for some reason, would not catch any STD's. Speaking of which, Diamond was the daughter of the most powerful nobleman in the kingdom. She was a warrior, she had another body at her command, (or so she liked to think) why would she lift a finger to help this broad?
She sat up and looked at the other woman, sneering and crossing her arms over his chest.
"Make me." She snarled.
((I hold the opposite view on post lengths as a lot of people have on male enhancement. "It's so looonnnggg! Therefore, it must be amazing!" It's not how many words you can cough up: it's what you do with them, but that's just me...)
